fennec is AI-assisted development for professional developers who want to stay the authors of their software. Agents do the running; the developer frames the work, draws the workflow and decides what gets integrated.
It is being built as a Rust port of openfox (MIT), one component at a time. Today it has the agent loop, a web UI and a CLI. It talks to any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, a local LLM by default. Linux only for now.
